Isaac is the co-owner of Storm Guard alongside his wife, Erin, and a proud U.S. Navy and U.S. Army veteran who served in the elite 75th Ranger Regiment. His military background shaped the discipline, integrity, and commitment to excellence that define both his leadership and the way he serves customers every day.

Outside of work, Isaac is an avid marathoner, triathlete, and skydiver who is always looking for his next challenge. He also enjoys spending time with his family, including his son, their four cats and their dog, Goose. Whether he's leading the business, crossing a finish line, or jumping from an airplane, Isaac brings determination, humility, and an unwavering commitment to everything he does.

Erin is the co-owner of Storm Guard alongside her husband, Isaac. With nearly 30 years of experience in marketing, business development, and revenue leadership, she has spent her career helping organizations grow through exceptional customer experiences and trusted relationships. Today, she brings that same passion to helping homeowners navigate their projects with clarity, confidence, and honest guidance.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, crocheting, practicing yoga, and hiking with their dog, Goose. She believes a home should be both beautiful and peaceful, and she loves helping customers create spaces they'll enjoy for years to come.

Dylan is a proud U.S. Navy veteran with 16 years of hands-on construction and repair experience. Known for his craftsmanship and attention to detail, he takes pride in doing the job right the first time and helping homeowners understand their options with honesty and clarity.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys playing rugby, hiking, camping, discovering new breweries, and spending time with his puppy, Blue. Whether he's tackling a challenging repair or exploring the outdoors, he brings dedication, integrity, and a positive attitude to everything he does.

Pat is a proud U.S. Army veteran who served four years with the elite 75th Ranger Regiment. Today, he continues serving his community as Vice Commander of VFW Post 8975, where he mentors and advocates for fellow veterans.

Outside of work, Pat is a dedicated triathlete who enjoys spending time in the gym, backpacking, and exploring the outdoors. A skilled carpenter and supply chain management student at the University of Akron, he brings discipline, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic to everything he does.

Shannon helps keep Storm Guard running smoothly behind the scenes by supporting daily operations and ensuring the team stays organized and efficient. She takes pride in creating a positive, collaborative environment that helps both the team and customers have an exceptional experience.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, getting lost in a good book, and caring for her two cats and energetic puppy. An avid animal lover, she values the balance that family, pets, and quiet time bring to everyday life.

Goose is Storm Guard's official office dog, chief morale officer, and enthusiastic greeter. Whether he's welcoming visitors, supervising the team from a sunny spot on the floor, or making the rounds for ear scratches, Goose takes his job very seriously, especially if treats are involved.

When he's off duty, Goose enjoys hiking with Erin and Isaac, playing fetch, going for long walks, and keeping a close eye on the family's four cats. His friendly personality and wagging tail are a daily reminder that every great team needs someone who knows how to brighten the room.
